Partnered workspaces on Series

What are partnered workspaces, what are the criteria, and how do I establish a partnership?

Partnered workspaces are workspaces that have a green checkmark next to their name, indicating their authenticity, and receive special benefits with Series.

We implemented this option to avoid impersonation of popular communities, or communities that are generally at risk of being copied, duplicated, or impersonated, whilst being able to reward workspaces for using Series.

Criteria for partnership

Normally, we partner with workspaces meeting the following criteria:

• Official Workspace
• Assigned to a fairly large group (35k+ members) or are at risk of being impersonated
• Only utilise Series
• Active workspace
• Follow Series guidelines

However, we reserve the right to make exceptions. We sometimes may partner with workspaces that do not meet the criteria or may refuse to partner with workspaces that do.

Can the partnership be revoked?

Yes, we reserve the right to revoke the partnership from any workspace at any time if we come to the conclusion that the workspace in question no longer meets the criteria or no longer requires this status.

What perks do I get as a partnered workspace?

As a partnered workspace, you get access to the following perks:

• 1-month free trial of Series Premium, with an additional 20% off
• Personal support and setup with a named Account Executive who is your first point of contact
• Prioritised suggestions on how to make Series better
• Of course – a green partner checkmark on your workspace
