Delete or Deactivate Your Series Workspace
Introduction
If your community is no longer using Series, you can request that the workspace be deactivated or deleted. Before closing a workspace, make sure you save any data you want to keep and notify the right teammates so they are aware of the change.
When to deactivate or delete a workspace
Choose deactivation or deletion when your community has stopped using Series and you no longer need access to the workspace. If you only want to stop using certain tools, consider disabling integrations, clearing active schedules, or pausing workflows instead of removing the entire workspace.
Before you begin
Before requesting deletion or deactivation, export any important information you want to keep. This may include staff records, applications, schedules, activity history, goals, or other workspace data.
How to request workspace deletion or deactivation
- Confirm that you are a workspace owner or that you have permission to make this request.
- Contact Series Support and request that the workspace be deactivated or deleted.
- Include the workspace name, the reason for the request, and any relevant account details so Support can process it faster.
- Wait for confirmation before assuming the workspace has been closed.
What to do with teammates and integrations
Make sure all teammates are removed from the workspace or informed that access will end. If the workspace uses Discord or other integrations, disable them before closing the workspace to prevent unnecessary activity or notifications.
If you only want to stop specific features
You do not need to delete the entire workspace if your community only wants to stop using certain tools. You can pause workflows, clear active schedules, and turn off integrations while keeping the workspace available for future use.
Need help
