What are the limits and settings for activity tracking in Series Support workspaces?

Activity tracking within Series Support allows workspace administrators to monitor both member and non-member user activities. The limits and settings for this feature vary depending on your workspace plan and configuration options. Below, we outline the key points for setting up and understanding activity tracking.

Workspace Member Tracking Limits

  • For free workspaces, up to 250 workspace members can be tracked by default.

  • For premium workspaces, up to 1,500 workspace members can be tracked.

  • Workspace members are automatically included in the tracking limits and are counted separately from non-member users.

Non-Member Activity Tracking

Non-member activity tracking is available in addition to member tracking, depending on your plan type:

  • Free plans include activity tracking for up to 1,000 non-member users per month.

  • Premium plans include activity tracking for up to 2,500 non-member users per month.

  • Additional activity tracking credits can be purchased if your workspace needs to monitor more non-member users beyond the included limits. Non-member activity does not count against the workspace member tracking limits.

Customizing Tracking Requirements

You can configure activity tracking settings to ensure they align with your workspace needs. Key options include:

  • Rank-based eligibility: You may choose to track only those players whose rank meets or exceeds a minimum threshold that you define.

  • Workspace settings adjustments: These configurations, including rank requirements, can be accessed and modified through the "Workspace Settings" tab on your workspace homepage.

By managing these settings, you can optimize activity tracking, ensuring it remains aligned with your workspace goals and resource limits.
