What is a workspace?
A workspace is a dedicated area for just you and your team. It's a portal to unlock all of Series' offerings, including sessions, goals, activity tracking and more. Each workspace is associated with a Roblox community.
Who can create a new workspace?
Anyone can create a workspace for any Roblox community they're in, however, it's important to recognize that if you create a workspace for a community you don't own, it will be marked with an 'Unofficial' badge on our website.
How do I create a new workspace?
Simply press the big 'Create Workspace' button.
Then, follow the step-by-step process:
Community, Configure, Access, Review.
Community - Choose what Roblox community you'd like the workspace to be connected to. This step can't be reverted - so choose wisely.
Configure - This is where you set the workspace name and description. By default, the workspace name is the community name.
Access - Here you can choose whether you want the community to be available to the public, or available to invited individuals only.
Review - Review the workspace before finalising the changes.
You can get your workspace up and running in 30 seconds or less.
Don't forget to invite your team members to join the workspace afterwards!

Max Owned Workspaces - While there is currently no known limitation for the amount of workspaces you can own, we can choose to enforce a limit if we believe it is necessary to do so.
Official and Unofficial Workspaces - If you own the community you are creating the workspace for, you may be eligible to request an 'Official' badge. Learn more here.
