Verified workspaces are workspaces that have a green checkmark next to their name, indicating their authenticity.
We implemented this option to avoid impersonation of popular communities, or communities which are generally at risk of being copied, duplicated, or impersonated.
Criteria for verification
Normally, we verify workspaces meeting the following criteria;
Are official workspaces (check out this article)
Are owned by the Roblox community owner itself
Are assigned to fairly large groups (85k+ members) or are at risk being impersonated
Did not break any rules or weren't suspended in the past 90 days
Active workspaces
Respect our Terms of Service
However, we reserve the right to make exceptions. We sometimes may verify workspaces who do not meet the criteria, or may refuse to verify workspaces who do.
Can the verification be removed?
Yes, we reserve the right to remove the verified status from any workspace, at any time, if we come to the conclusion that the workspace in question no longer meets the criteria, or no longer requires this status.
