On July 23, 2025, we implemented initial changes to Series intended to support compliance with online safety legislation in the United Kingdom. Upon further internal review, we have determined that these changes did not fully address our obligations in relation to services that may be accessed by children.
Accordingly, inbound email from external sources has been temporarily disabled for all workspaces and users located in the United Kingdom. This applies to Series Mail addresses using @yourworkspace.series.hr as well as any connected custom domains. Messages sent from outside Series will not be delivered while this restriction is in place.
This is a temporary measure as we continue to evaluate how best to meet applicable legal obligations without compromising the privacy-first principles on which Series was built. Internal messaging remains fully accessible and may be reviewed by both workspace administrators and intended recipients.
